I've had white chocolate/macadamia nut cookies that were ok - but other than that, uck.

i'd usually say yes but last night i had a white chocolate lemon chiffon truffle and i just hated it.

so this morning i'm on the fence. i'll prolly be back to "aww yeah" by the time i make my cakesicles this weekend.

I'm with you, bluecanary. I've also had it in a scone with raspberries and it wasn't bad. Wouldn't eat it plain though!

I picked other because even though I like it, I find it gets sickingly sweet after a few bites. Now milk or dark chocolate is another story.........

I love white chocolate peppermint bark, and I'll occasionally eat it in baked goods. However, it is really not my favorite.

No. "White chocolate" isn't chocolate therefore I don't like it. Even if Dr Seuss wrote the best rhyme ever about eating it in a box with a fox or an ox I still would not like it. It pure cocoa butter and has nothing to do with actual delicious chocolate - yuck!

I really don't care for dark chocolate, it's ok if it's in stuff, but I've never met a white choccy I didn't like. White and Milk choccy are the best.

Wow, I didn't realize so many people didn't like it! I guess I first fell in love with it when Hershey's Cookies & Cream candy bar came out as a kid. For a while, that was my favorite candy. It's what I got when I went to the movies!

Now, I love stuff dipped in white chocolate almond bark, and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies are TOO DIE FOR.

White chocolate isn't actually chocolate at all! It doesn't contain chocolate liquor or cocoa solids, so it's really just a candy made from sugar and milk (and to be fair, cocoa butter, but this still isn't enough to classify it as chocolate).

I will only eat it in cookies, but still don't care for it.

Um. It's not really chocolate - no cocoa. But sometimes it's okay - as some gals pointed out above, it can be good in baked goods. Also, Frey makes a white chocolate cinnamon blood orange bar that is really tasty, but that's the only plain white chocolate item I've ever had that really lit my fire. Mostly I prefer it dark.

I'll use it in cookie recipes, but I don't have white chocolate cravings.

I think we've established it's not really chocolate. But that's what they call it...so unless there's some kind of campaign to change the name, it'll be called White Chocolate.

I would love to find a white chocolate bunny rabbit! I love all chocolate and I love white chocolate and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are great when their warm from Subway.
