Some great sounding flavors there. I chose allspice and exotic meats.
1I'm intrigued by the coriander and coconut water the most... we have coconuts around here and coriander in the kitchen, why not? It is not obvious. Also the rye whiskey and sage could be fantastic. I'm not into the lychee and lemongrass. It seems like it would be too sweet and I like subtle lemongrass with ginger.

4cocoa and chile? wasnt that big like 2 years ago? remember they did it on the first season of top chef, the sexy treats episode?.... am i a dork for knowing that?
