I used to absolutely love Caesar salad, with fresh grated Parmesan...until I found out there were anchovies in most Caesar dressings. It just kind of disturbed me. So I'm all about alternate
salads/dressings now.
Good ole chicken salad! with grapes, pistachios, lite mayo, slat, pepper, and chicken! Although, I made some jamaican jerk chicken today (from scratch, go me) and it was delicious, so I think
I will make chicken salad out of it! (without the grapes and pistachios of course...or the salt and pepper as it has plenty of seasoning on it!
There was a time that if Chinese chicken salad was on the menu, it was predestined that I ordered it. I love the sweetness of the dressing and mandarin oranges combined with grilled chicken
and veggies.
Caesar salad never appealed to me...creamy dressings aren't my thing.

I love the taste of Caeser dressing! I know it totally negates all the good aspects of eating a salad, but it's much too delicious.
1I like Caesar salad, but I'd much rather have a Chinese Chicken Salad...yum! Asian food is my favorite.
2I had a chicken fried pork belly Caesar salad a few months ago and there's really no way of returning to bland chicken salads.
