I was checking out the Easter aisles at my local Target when I noticed a few limited edition candies. While there's a sea of pastel coated chocolates and speckled eggs, the newest trend seems to be citrus flavored chocolates. Cadbury brought back its Orange Creme Egg — first introduced last year — and Hershey's now has both orange and lemon creme flavored kisses. The orange has been available for the last few Easters, but I think this is the first time I've seen the lemon. Both are a bit like a dreamsicle, and neither of them contain chocolate.
Have you seen any limited edition candies in your store? If so, are you planning on buying any of them? What limited edition flavor do you think the candy companies should make?

Ok, those sound good!
I missed out a bit on the valentines candy (only grabbed a bag of 1/2 off kisses day after) but I grab all the easter candy I can.
1Last time I had Hershey kisses, at Christmas, they were so horrible I threw the rest of the bag away!
2How many times do I have to tell you YUMSUGAR, I'm on a diet!!!!
3Geez....LOL
too bad im not in the states.
4I went to Chocolate World in Hershey, PA last weekend. Hershey had out tons of new candy I hadn't seen before. I grabbed myself from strawberry filled kisses and some coconut filled kisses. Those were both in the Easter candy section.
5I don't know how I feel about all the new kiss flavors. I've liked a bunch of them (the dark choc mint and caramel, mainly), but the cherry cordial ones were so horrible (tasted just like cough medicine), I'm wary of trying anything else.
6Those sound good. I don't think I've seen any limited edition candies here yet, though.

8Oh! I just saw Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Mini Milky Ways for Easter. They looked sooooo good!
9I'm SO not a candy person.
10orange creme cadbury sounds yummy but they are soooo rich!!
11I got limited ed. n cheesecake hershey kisses at valentines time but I haven't been easter shopping yet
*ny cheesecake
12I'd never seen the orange creme eggs until a couple days ago when I spotten them in Target. Creme eggs are, like, my one candy weakness, and I love orange, so I had to buy them. Delish. Must resist buying more!
13I haven't tried the Orange Cadbury Eggs, but the original Cadbury Creme Eggs are my absolute favorite candy in the world!
14I saw the Coconut Creme Kisses are back again at Target last week. Ooh, and these really cute (but not so tasty) Bunny & Chick Peeps Candies.
There are some new Runts Jelly Beans that are actually pretty good.
I still love the classics, Hershey's Eggs and Cadbury Mini Eggs.
15Hershey makes so many Limited Edition Kisses it's getting hard to keep track of them all! I found four different varieties of Kisses marketed for Easter/Spring:

They're making Limited Edition "Reester Bunnies" this year, too -- little Reeses' PB Cups shaped like bunnies. They look even better...
16I LOVE and LIVE for these...
the dove truffle eggs ... they are only out for easter and are pretty difficult to find

I'm obsessed with these and I always buy them for everyone that I know for easter (let's just say that it's been more than one year that i've spent over $ 100, just on these guys for everyone that I give easter gift to {family, friends, tight co-workers})
