There is actually something called Chocolate Cheese...I saw it in Michigan years ago. It's the specialty of the area. I couldn't bring myself to try it. I like chocolate and I like cheese,
but NOT together.
Both if their from Cafe Jacqueline here in SF. That woman makes every single woman by hand with a whip for each individual soufflé. If the place is packed it takes some time to get your
soufflé but it was so worth it - my friends and I had a white cheddar soufflé with broccoli (it served four hearty helpings) and then we all shared a chocolate soufflé and one friend ate an
entire white chocolate soufflé by herself. I still think about her soufflé, the were the best I ever had.
I'm highly allergic to cheese, but even if I wasn't, I think I'd go for the chocolate.
Have any of you ever tried making a souffle? All those jokes about them collapsing are true! But a chef told me it has everything to do with the temperature of the room when you take it out
of the oven. No a/c when making a souffle - my first mistake.
I love both but my favorite is Grand Marnier! If you have not tried it, try it with a vanilla sauce, it is out of this world. I swear i make it about once a month because it is so rich and
wonderful

This soup ends up being a good source of three blood pressure-lowering minerals since the milk adds calcium and the potatoes deliver a dose of potassium, as well as magnesium.

21Asking me if I like chocolate or cheese more would be like asking me which child I liked more (if I had any children
)

23I agree with #8 & #14 - WHY must we pick. Babycakes - I'm up for the choc cheese.

Also like corn souflee. Does that qualify? Is that just a Southern thing?
