1I've never had one or even SEEN one in person...what is the texture like? is it cakey?
2i did alright.... sorta!
3I had a brief fling in the kitchen with souffles and they are a challenge! They come out of the oven so beautiful and big and then pffffffft! It deflates before you can get it on the table! So I investigated and learned that the temperature you take it out into is critical. The room needs to be warm, not air conditioned or cooled in any way, which was my mistake.

64/5! I've only had souffle a handful of times, but I keep seeing them pop up everywhere! I registered for the dishes hoping to give them a try. Desserts are so fun!
