Oh my goodness, I love Rhubarb so much! There's a real art to putting just the right amount of sugar on it, so that the original tartness is not lost but it's still just a little sweet. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

1Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummy! My Mom makes a positively ORGASMIC strawberry/rhubarb jam in the early summer. Grows the stuff in her garden. Can't wait!

5These look great, but the recipe is complicated even for me - I mean the molds and the lining etc - It is so hard to skin rhubarb that nicely and evenly!

7aw that's making me miss my great-grandma. She used to grow it in her garden and make an unbelievable rhubarb sauce (like apple sauce) and strawberry/rhubarb pie.
