Some cheese tools, but not by choice. They were wedding gifts and I have no idea what to use them for or where they came from to return. I know, I know -- be grateful, but I am just not
remotely into cheese.
I have a few special knifes (one for harder cheeses and one for softer) and some spreaders (perfect for brie, etc.). I also have a special cheese board for slicing and serving (also has a
little "dugout" for crackers). Not too much but enough!
I thought who would have tone of stuff and then i realized i do:), I have the slices to slice thin or thick and a coupla different graters. i am more into cheese then i thought. i do have a
dairy right here in the town i moved to about mo ago so i buy a lot of fresh cheese(lucky me)that is yummy.

2Oh cheese...it started off with a regular grater, then a Microplane grater, then cheese knives and a cheese board. I do use it all, though! I swear!
3I also moved in about seven months ago and I don't even own a grater yet! But I do like cheese. I should get on that.
4Just a grater for now but I am such a cheese fiend that I should probably have more.
