Behind the Scenes: My Half Birthday
At The Party
Arrive early to ensure you find a space at the bar. We pushed two tables together to create a buffet for the snacks. The sandwiches are placed on clear plastic serving trays. I also brought the candles and flowers.
Starting from the left and moving to the right, the sandwiches are flank steak with horseradish mayonnaise, arugula, and shaved parmesan; sun dried tomato pesto and brie; and shrimp salad with green onions and red peppers.
