I liked that article about The Fat Pack. Its hard to find a balance between a love of food/eating and keeping healthy. It's nice to see that people are starting to realize how important this is.
and mmmmmmmm! I LOVE RICOTTA. I seriously eat it straight out of the container with a spoon. I use it in desserts all of the time. I like to mix it up with some sugar and a little vanilla, then put it on top of chocolate pudding! mmm! I also mix it in with my home-made yogurt to thicken it up and give it a richer taste. There's a really good local brand here that I'm completely addicted to. I choose which grocery stores I shop at based on where its sold.
1Ricotta ice cream sounds divine. I'll be making THAT!!
Back when I used to eat jelly bean - Jelly Bellys were the best because they have vibrant flavors. All the other ones taste like pectin globs.
2personally my fav jelly beans are the starburst ones, but i enjoy certain flavors of the jelly bellys. i do have to say though, their popcorn one freaks me out lol.
