When I decided to go to the 2007 SF Fancy Foods Show, I had no idea that I would run into celebrity chefs. First there was Paula Deen and then a few minutes later, why look, it's Martin Yan.
Martin took time from his busy presentation schedule to answer a few of our questions. Check it out and let us know what you think! And boy does he look "maah-valous!"

Aw! What a nice guy. Yan Can Cook was the first cooking show I remember watching and secretly enjoying. I used to pretend to suffer through it with my mom...she laughs now at my food network obsession.
1So cool Yum!
2I miss him...If Yan can cook...so can you!
3If you love to eat - you'll love to cook? Hmm - not so sure about that one... Maybe so - but I can't guarantee it'll taste good.
4I love Yan!! I watch him since I was a kid
5I used to LOVE him. When I was a little girl my Grandpa and I always watched Yac Can Cook on PBS. Remember, its called stir-fry, not stare-fry.
6I always think of that when I make stir-fry.
Thanks for the momory, Yum!
Aw, I heart him. He's not on PBS in LA, sadly. I saw him last time I went up to Oregon and I was so happy.
7LOL. i used to watch him everyday on afternoon tv during the hols when i was a kid. i loved the way he uses his chopping board! and i like how he gives the impression that everything is just thrown together, but it turns out lookin so gd!
8Awwww.... I missed him! I'm so jealous! But I did get to meet Paula Deen and Ina Garten. Nice video.
