Chimichurri
A thick herb sauce that consists of olive oil, vinegar and finely chopped parsley, oregano, onion and garlic, all seasoned with salt, cayenne, and black pepper. It's most commonly used as a salsa or marinade with grilled meat. Chimichurri comes from Argentina where it parallels ketchup in America as being a widely popular condiment.

2MMMmmmm....chimichurri...I grow parsley on my patio exclusively for the purpose of making homemade chimichurri. Absolutely great on anything from steak to fish.

4Oh my gosh, chimichurri is the best thing since sliced bread. Try this: make some delicious toasted french bread, top with buschetta and goat cheese, THEN top all that deliciousness with the chimichurri... you won't know what to do with yourself it's sooo delicious!!!
