Being a "southern Jazzy Geri" fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits are most loved at our house. We don't eat it all the time but it's a favorite. With chicken I can give it a
million different tastes using different ethnic twists from A to Z. Italian is my soul food so I prepare chicken @ peppers in a pasta sauce often we love it. Number 3 chicken dish is a big
bowl of chicken soup Asian style with ginger, garlic and chives. "Here chicky chicky chicky come to Mama!"
As in "fashion" anything old is new again....Jazzy Geri
I am someone who cannot stand seafood (I know, weird right?) but there's something magical about a really tender, well cooked cut of beef. it melts in your mouth.

This soup ends up being a good source of three blood pressure-lowering minerals since the milk adds calcium and the potatoes deliver a dose of potassium, as well as magnesium.
I love me some steak, but I only eat it once a month. Other htna that I do chicken or fish.

8Depends on the cut of meat, but probably pork. Not the chops though (too lean). I only like the ribs, belly, cheeks, shank, and shoulder cuts.
9i picked chicken because it's the most user friendly...i can make it a thousand different ways.
although...i could sit and eat shrimp cocktail every single day!
