Sriracha
A spicy hot sauce from Thailand. It's a smooth paste made from sun-ripened chiles, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic. The chiles and garlic are ground into a fine paste and are combined with the other ingredients.

This is the BEST!! I'm not even that big of a fan of hot sauce, but this has so much flavor you can't go without it! My fiance puts it on EVERYTHING!
