I like pate but this doesn't look like pate. It reminds me of those multicolored cakes that you can get in Chinatown bakeries.

I have no idea what's in that, but it looks okay to me. Then again, I'm okay with eating liver pate, too.

I would definitely try it. I wonder what veggies it's made of. It doesn't look spreadable like normal pate. It looks more like a tureen of pureed veggies.

This looks lovely! I am not a big fan of regular pate but I'd definitely eat this.

I made a mushroom pate once--the flavor was great, but the texture weirded me out. I've never had regular pate though so I can't compare the textures. Then I had a cauliflower/broccoli pate at a restaurant last week and it was great. The texture was a little firmer.

I'm a vegetarian.......but the color of this particular dish is a little scary to me......very non-foodlike!

Well, as long as something is guaranteed vegan, I don’t care what is in it, I’ll try it! I love new things, and I love being surprised by new tastes. A lot of the snacks that I LOVE now, I did not like at all the first time I tasted them – but they were acquired tastes and now I simply cannot get enough of them. So – bring on the brightly coloured pate for me!
