Whoo hoo!
1I loved that they didn't have turkey or duck so they just went with another bird. It fit the movie SO perfectly! The spring roll was great too.
I'm still a little iffy on the white chocolate wasabi.
2i think goose would have been better than quail.
3I got them all right - yeah for me!!!!!!!!!
4I got them all. I loved this episode.
5Yeah!!! 100%! This was a great episode - I loved the concept of creating a dish around a movie. So fun and forced the chefs to really think about it and work together. A Christmas Story is one of my all-time favorite movies so I was excited to see it on the list and I thought they did a great job with it!
6I totally missed that Ryan worked with Boulud
7Nikki needs to start cooking something other than pasta.
8nikki doesn't seem to be that good of a chef. it sounds like her 'specialty' pasta is lacking as well.Tom Colicchio said it was dry!
96 out of 7 isn't bad! I'm really loving this show right now.
10i missed the $8 question... Dang it!
