Pao Tsai - Pickled Vegetables

Sugar, White Vinegar, Mini Cucumbers, Garlic, Hot Peppers [0]
Peeled Cucumbers [0]
Peeled cucumbers cut into smaller pieces [0]
Add garlic to the liquid. [0]
Add the seeds to the liquid [0]
Mix sugar, vinegar, garlic and peppers together. [0]
Put the cucumbers and hot peppers into a jar or large sealable vessel. [0]
Add liquid to vessel. [0]
Close up the pao-tsai and put in the fridge. The longer it sits, the yummier it is. It can last a little while, but mine are usu [0]
