I'm a cheesecake fan. I was vegan for 7 years, but once a year I would cheat and eat cheesecake on my birthday. But, it has to be real New York Style cheesecake. My mother in law makes the
best. I hate the extremely sweet, softer versions.
I loooooooooooooooove both. the carby-ness of chocolate cake would probably win out though. Top top top choice? Godiva cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. Don't even talk about it!
I'll take either...but I'm more likely to have my own yogurt cheesecake that I make at home because birthday parties usually involve Dominican cake which is awesome. Chocolate cake isn't
usually around.
There is a restaurant here that serves two desserts--a turtle cheesecake, dripping in caramel with a super buttery crust and this fudgy, moist, truffle-covered chocolate cake. I think they
are both just the absolute pinnacle of dessert decadence!
Yum must have been reading my mind when I was at the grocery store last night! I picked up an AMAZING flavor of Ben and Jerry's...cheesecake brownie! *banging head on keyboard in glee*
At this moment I would love to have a piece of Cheesecake with a thick graham cracker crust but I knew having the surgery that I wouldn't be able to have rich, delicious cheesecake anymore
because its much too much of everything - sugar, fat, eggs and its just too rich in calories.
I did find a local bakery that makes sugar free, half the calorie tiny cheesecakes but its just not the same.
i don't like to much chocolate just the frosting i prefer my mom's cake: yellow cake with strawberry jelly filling, chocolate frosting, chopped nuts and cherries yumyum

I don't actually like chocolate cake or cheesecake that much. They're both pretty underwhelming in my opinion.
If I'm having chocolate cake, let it be red velvet.
If I'm having cheesecake, let it be pumpkin cheesecake.
Otherwise, I can definitely pass.
