When I was in college, one of my favorite professors — hi Manfred! — invited me to a dinner where he served homemade tempeh. I've had it many times since, but it's not as tasty as homemade. Maybe it's time I try to make tempeh. It requires special equipment, and patience, but looks like it could be worth it. — HomeMadeS

I love Tempeh. My father is a vegetarian so I'm always trying his new dishes; one of my favorite meals is rice, tempeh, curry, red & green bell peppers, onion and ginger zest. So yummy.
1Sounds a tad involved for me...
2This is gonna sound stupid, but what is tempeh exactly? never had it before..
3I LOVE tempeh! WhiteWave is the best brand, I think. Also, the cookbook Veganomicon has a really good hot sauce glazed tempeh recipe - I think it can be found online.
4Advah, i'm clueless too. i don't think i've ever even heard of it before now.
5Here is the definition of tempeh. Hope that helps!
