The Secret Behind the Chef
Keller's wife accompanies him on the shoots. However she's not just standing around, she's actually the stylist and puts the props together to create the right mood and setting. The top black place setting is for a sophisticated brunch, while the salmon is a little more country. She also helps out with the wardrobe choices. Sadly I didn't get a pic of her face, I was much too fascinated by her jeweled "Burger Bar" pants!
