I made this pie a few weeks back and it is amazing! The pretzel crust sounds weird, but it complements the sweetness of the ice cream really well. One note I'd give is to not let the mixture
thaw too much when mixing the ingredients. I let mine get a little too soft and when it came time to serve the pie, it was a little more solid then I would have liked. It tasted great though!
This is a recipe I would recommend for summer get togethers.
