Costa Rican Fruit Cocktail
Cas Guava
Cas Guava is a creamy and incredibly sour fruit with tons of small seeds.
Unfortunately, I ate one fresh and later found out from a bartender that these are typically used to make jams, jellies or flavor drinks.

We usually eat them raw too! that is not a problem! I love them!

2Guava is one of my favorite fruits (so far, I like the kind from Taiwan the best, but I might be biased, having eaten so many of them). I'd be really curious to try these!
3This picture reminds me of all the fresh guava trees in Princeville, Kauai. When the fruit ripens and falls to the ground, the air is filled with the sweet smell of guava. Wonderful memory.
