Mangoes

I love mangoes and was overjoyed to see an entire pick-up truck filled to the brim. These fruit laden trucks were a staple at almost every town plaza. I love picking up a variety of local fruit when I'm on vacation — it makes a lovely snack! How about you? Do you enjoy local fruit while traveling? Have you ever experienced the fruit of Costa Rica?

I honeymooned there and tried all of the fruit. I am now addicted to fresh pineapple. Everytime I have it I'm reminded of the wonderful memories of my trip
