1I thought I'd let you guys know I baked these nutbutter cookies with my flatmate last night - they turned out amazing! Very soft and airy (although now I'm looking at the picture again I wish I'd flatten them a bit more), and super easy and quick to make.
Question though: you have to dip the fork in flour in order to make the crisscross pattern otherwise the dough sticks too much to the fork, but then the cookies don't turn shiny but sort of greyish because of the flour. Any suggestion?
