Learn How to Cut a Pineapple
Now take a sharp knife and run it down the length of the pineapple. You want to cut in deep enough so that all the prickly brown bits are cut off. I make about seven cuts, but you could do more or less, depending on how much you chop off, and how big your pineapple is.

I love pineapple and got one of those pineapple cutters. Its the BEST thing to use. Just cut the top off and use the cutter. It takes the middle out too.
