Both cherries and strawberries are in season and juicy-sweet delicious right now. Since they won't be this perfect for long, I can't help but buy bunches of both every time I go to the market. But if given the choice to eat just one for the rest of my life, I'd definitely choose strawberries. How about you?

I'm allergic to the wax they put on the cherries, so no real battle here.
1I was going to vote for cherries but really I prefer raspberries.

3I love both, too. But if I must choose, then strawberries, because I don't have to eat around a pit for strawberries. Makes for much faster munching.
4I love both but picked cherries. I love strawberries and cream but the tanginess of cherries wins.
5I'll go with strawberries. I've been making a bit of a pig of myself on fresh fruit the last few days, and strawberries always has to be in the roster. But, I do love cherries and other fruits as well.

30I live in Arizona, and the strawberries here suck a**! I tried strawberries in Washington, D.C. however, and they tasted much sweeter and jucier. I voted for cherries, but I don't really have a favorite fruit. I like rasberries, kiwis, bananas, strawberries (from D.C.), mangos, and peaches.

45Cherries as they tend to still taste like cherries and not like cardboard. The commercially grown strawberries taste like watery cardboard. They're huge and very pretty but taste terrible. If you want good strawberries go to lane farms in central CA/Santa Barbra region.

47Once when I was little, I threw up after eating cherry pie. I haven't been able to eat them ever since! yuck. So strawberries, for sure.
48I grew up in a valley famous for it's cherries. With good reason; they were fat and dark and perfect. I have never had a strawberry taste as good.
