Meet the World's Most Expensive Burger

With the arrival of British Burger King's bling burger, the world just got a little more ridiculous. At £95 (about $200), this burger puts New York's $175 burger to shame. The burger will enter the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's most expensive hamburger.

Japanese wagyu beef, white truffles, pata negra ham, onion rings made from Cristal batter, pink Himalayan rock salt, and an organic white-wine-infused mayonnaise are the ingredients that make this burger incredibly pricey. While it's obviously excessive, all the proceeds will be donated to charity so what do you think of the bling burger?

Even with the money going to charity I don't think I could ever shell out $200 bucks for a burger lol.

why do the buns always look like the cheapest thing? i guess you really cant fancy them up too much.

That sounds amazing. I hope the chef makes the customer who orders this sign a waiver stating that if ketchup is even seen within a 10 foot radius of the burger, the customer will be beaten within inches of his or her life! I wonder if Dubya is hungry for a slider? Eye-wink

I think it sounds delicious. But I also think one could make a similar version at home much cheaper by skipping the truffles and chrystal in the batter etc. Organic beef and organic white-wine mayo can be still used, but with more reasonably-priced ingredients.

Honesty, if I was going to order that kind of Burger, I woulnd't go to Burger King!!

I would never pay for it, unless I won the lottery and just wanted a night to splurge. But I do like that it is going to charity; the people that can afford to buy this can finally give back to the community.

I would sink my teeth into it IF I had the luxury of so much money, too little time to spend it!

I don't think I can finish that...I would be wasting a good $125. But since it's going to charity, "waste" is not an appropriate term now is it?
