Lamb Burger
Little did I know that Colorado was known for its lamb! I couldn't believe how much lamb I had over the weekend.
The most memorable dish was this lamb slider. The bun was soft brioche and the cool sauce tangy.

As a Colorado girl, I can't imagine anyone not knowing CO is THE place to eat lamb! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
1Are you kidding?! Every upscale restaurant I eat at (in Washington DC and others) boasts "Colorado Lamb" and I can vouch for its deliciousness!
