i just made some of these!! i didn't think i could roll that gooey mess into any sort of shape so i just put in a pan, and after they dried out i cut into squares, rolled in graham crackers
and drizzled with chocolate. YUMMY!

2The look fun and festive - great for a luau (hint).
3I remember seeing them on Top Chef, too. Since then I was intrigued. Haven't made them myself, but I should.
