This year Ben & Jerry's, Vermont's finest ice cream, is celebrating their 30th birthday. Ben & Jerry's is known for their crazy delicious ice cream flavors that have funny names and interesting ingredient combinations.

7/8...hmmm...B&J is one of my favorite ice creams...my absolute favorite flavor is a Limited Edition named Half and Half...a chocolate and stout flavored blend...sooo yummy!

My fave was discontinued in the grocery stores but you can still find it at their ice cream shops, Coconut Almond Fudge Chunk. I don't have a B&J near me so I try and recreate it when I go to Cold Stone. But it's just not the same.
