Dining in the dark - so I get served sh*t and I don't know it until I've eaten it. I think we've gone just a tad over the top with the new and trendy stuff. Really.
1Mmm, mmm I liked the article on chicken-fried steak. I have a lot of fond memories attached to CFS and CFC. This article makes me want to go down to Hoover's and get a plate (much better than Threadgill's).
2Chicken-fried steak is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me, having been born in Michigan and raised in Boston. My friends and family just don't get it...
