1I couldn't see half of the pics (just a thin line), so I totally bombed this one.
2I recently read that cooking tomatoes with meat tenderizes the meat because of the enzymes in the tomato.

5I've grown all of these varieties, except Orange Russian. Yum! But I've always known #2 as Cherokee Purple, not Purple Cherokee. I know, it's a silly distinction.
