Although we will be splashing around in bathing suits, I want to offer my friends one decadent treat at my waterpark party. A chocolatey brownie — kept cold in a cooler — is deliciously rich.
This wonderful recipe, from our friends at MyRecipes.com, is simple and straightforward. I'm not a fan of walnuts in brownies, so I'll substitute chocolate chips! To learn how to make this portable picnic dessert, read more.

I have never had a cold brownie... but I'm sure it would still be good!
1I love a decadent brownie, the more chocolaty the better! Definitely substitute the chocolate chips for a richer treat.
Everyone needs to have a spectacular brownie recipe stashed away in their file. This one
looks like it would fit the bill.

2These look good. I was searching for a homemade brownie recipe about a month ago (I'd always made brownies from the box!) and most recipes I found made an 8x8 pan - with TWO (or more!) sticks of butter! ew!
