How to Host an Argentine Asado
Picada
A picada is an Argentine appetizer that consists of an assortment of cheeses and deli meats.
For our picada, we used thick cut salami and four types (cheddar, Manchego, mozzarella, and gruyere — we were cleaning out the cheese drawer!) of cheese.
