How to Host an Argentine Asado
Provoleta
When I was in Argentina, this was my favorite dish to order. Quite simply, it's grilled provolone cheese.
To make it, marinate two inch-thick slabs of provolone cheese in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss on the grill and cook until the cheese is melting and the center is soft. Serve with grilled bread or crackers.
