How to Host an Argentine Asado
Grilled Vegetables
A selection of grilled vegetables makes a tasty accompaniment to the proteins. Toss mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, and red onions with salt, pepper, olive oil, and a couple tablespoons of chimichurri.
To give the meat time to rest, we placed the veggies on the grill after the meat was finished cooking.
