i think that the only way to manage how much you eat while watching tv is through the use of a TV tray. people are always saying that you eat more when you're watching TV and to have the tray - at least you can portion out what you're having and not over eat.
i think that networks must be in on a deal with food producers cause that's the best way to increase revenue for food companies - just make programming 'can't miss' and then you eat more which means that they make more $$
