Meet the guavarita, the rosy-hued cousin of the classic margarita. Made with a splash of guava nectar, this cocktail is refreshing and slightly sweet. If you find margaritas too potent, give this variation a shake.
The guava juice balances the sometimes overwhelming flavor of tequila. Since the tequila was subdued, I found the salted rim unnecessary. When I made round two, I left the rim alone.

This looks delicious. "Ritas are my favorite but after a while they start to bore me. I will definitely try this recipe out.
1that looks tasty!
2sounds yum to me and very easy!
3This sounds scrumptious... definitely nix the martini glass and double the recipe, though.
4I love this! Sounds delicious! I'm going to have to test this out this weekend! Thanks Yum!!!!
5oh yes, will make this soon. I adore guava.
6This was a hit. The guava balances out the tequila perfectly and you really don’t need the salt rim at all. Thanks for a great recipe!
