I cut them differently and it always works for me! I cut in half, scoop the seeds out, put the flat side down and cut slices. Then I run the knife along the rind to take the skin off, chop up
in chunks and whoila!

The problem isn't not knowing how to cut a cantaloupe, it's the fact that here in the Midwest they cost $2.50...EACH!!!

4I'm with you beram, that is exactly the way I do it. I've noticed cantaloupe lasts longer then just a few days though.
I can cut 2 of them up and it'll get me through the whole week.
