1I am a huge fan of the hot dog, but the Seattle Dog sounds nasty!
2I'm with cageyme. Cream cheese outside of breakfast or dessert seems wrong - I'm looking at you, Philadelphia sushi roll.
As a recent transplant to Michigan, I can say that the Coney Dog is delicious but pretty confusingly named. And I will always have a soft spot for the Fenway Frank. Go Sox!

In New Zealand, a hot dog is a battered, deepfried
sausage on a stick. That I have no interest in being a vegetarian anyway. At some places you CAN order an "American-style hot dog" which is a frankfurter in a bun with tomato sauce and
mustard - and probably whatever other toppings you wanted. No matter what was on it, it would just be a frankfurter, really.
