Some of these are obvious because they're not in season right now -- like Jerusalem artichokes and Maine lobsters and scallops. No one's going diving in the icy waters of Maine right now!

Just as well I won't be going. I only got two right. I thought the pizza thing was so cliché at this point that there was no way he'd be doing the same old thing. And how overdone are sliders? I guess it's a personal preference that I'd much rather have a chocolate variety for dessert than baked Alaska. And the Jerusalem artichoke soup sounds most interesting. I only rightly guessed it was out because soup with formal wear is just asking for an expensive dry cleaning bill.
