it depens on the chocolate brand.
There are some chocolates where the milk one is really good and the dark is nasty. Others the milk doesnt have much taste and the dark is really good!

I like store brand milk chocolate and high quality dark chocolate...for some reason cheaper dark chocolate just tastes very bitter, like bad espresso...more pricey darks just don't taste as bitter and is so amazing (mmm godiva)

I love white chocolate and dark chocolate. White only sparingly, and usually shaved on top of cakes and pastries. But Dark - any time!

I'm with lalalaurie - I choose ALL THE ABOVE. I also agree with the people that said it depends on the kind of chocolate because there is some really crappy dark chocolates. sooo bitter!
