Dishes without a doubt

I hate cleaning the floors. Anything to do with floors in any part of my home is just ugly to me. I hate it.

Cleaning the stove. I love to clean the oven, but the stovetop kills me.

Motherof3 - I'm the exact opposite...I don't think I've ever once actually cleaned my oven because I hate the thought of doing it. Thank GOD for Self-Cleaning Ovens.

Cleaning the oven!!!!!!!Ugh what a process. Also cleaning the stove. Both really annoying. Everything else I like doing.

I absolutely hate to dust...I don't know why...it just sucks.

I hate mopping the floor with a fiery passion.

I don't mind doing dishes most of the time. But I really despise doing them RIGHT after I've made a huge complicated meal and enjoyed it.

I'd rather them sit in the sink than get back in the kitchen and do it right away.

I hate doing dishes, that's why i'm glad that i cook and my fiance cleans up

Floors, sweeping, swiffer, and then mopping. I love cleaning the oven.

I detest dishes. I wouldn't complain if we had a dishwasher, but we don't, so I'm going with dishes.

Obviously everyone hates cleaning, but when it comes to cooking tasks, I despise grating cheese. Especially a lot of it. Like when I make macaroni and cheese, I always ask someone else to do the grating.

The task that takes it for me is degreasing surfaces. Not just cleaning (ie. a wipe-down with a wet paper towel) but that deep scrubbing that leaves me exhausted.

haha party, i clicked into this just to say, like you, i hate grating cheese! i asked my boyfriend to do it last week...i told him i'd make the pasta but he had to grate the cheese! or else pay for the $12 bag of pre-grated stuff!

and another thing i cannot do is pour liquid in the toilet. you know when you need to get rid of something like extra tomatoe sauce or chunky soup, so you can't pour it in the sink or the garbage so you have to flush it? it makes me GAG! i also made him do that!

Taking out the trash is the worst for me! I walk by the dumpster everyday and still let the trash pile up

It's a tie between mopping the floor and cleaning the fridge.

Mopping. UGH.

Washing dishes. My parents did it for me when I lived with them and all my boyfriends have taken over the task after that (in exchange for me doing other chores around the house).

I hate getting my nails dirty and even if it's my own cooking and my own dirty dish, something about the whole thing grosses me out

I hate taking out the trash and recyclables. It seems like always a big hassle because the bottles are falling out all over the place and we have steep stairs so now its a trek to take it out. Honestly, I could never dump any food in the toilet. My boyfriend actually suggested this the other day and I freaked out. The toilet is NOT the place for food!! I agree, beram! There is no way I could dump food in the toilet...that's gross. I couldn't live without a garbage disposal!!

Ok I know I am weird, but I love sweeping and hate, hate, hate mopping....

Grating anything, I always end up grating my fingers, or at least worrying that I will...

Scrubbing out the fridge, it's always so much work to get everything out and scrub and then put everything back...

I also hate changing the water in a vase of cut flowers if the water's been in there a while and is starting to smell.. that organic rotting smell makes me gag!

But I like doing the dishes, I think it's satisfying to start with a mountain of dirty dishes and end up with a mountain of sparkly clean dishes on the drying rack!

I despise doing dishes (we don't have a dishwasher). When I have enough money I'm getting a dishwasher and a scooba robot. Let them worry about the mess!

i really dislike touching raw meat when it comes to cooking. for cleaning, it's taking out the trash and cleaning floors.

I hate washing dishes, too. I yearn for a dishwashing machine, but there's no room to install one in our condo. It wouldn't be so bad if the water had more than two temperatures: ice cold and scalding hot. I think I should invest in some dishwashing gloves to protect my hands.

Here's another one for taking out the garbage. I live in an apartment bldg and just opening the door for the garbage chute grosses me out. That's why I always ask the boy to do it for me when he's around.

I hate sweeping the floors. Especially after all of the dirt is collected into one pile, and then that one nasty pile has to be swept up. Ugh.

cleaning task: cleaning the oven.
cooking task: peeling shallots.

I don't mind the cleaning, I actually sort of enjoy it (unless I have to do it for my flatmates).

I can't touch raw eggs or raw meat though, makes my stomach feel very funny. If I can I get someone else to do it for me.

I, like everyone else, HATE to deal with raw meat, especially chicken for some reason. It just LOOKS soooo gross. I mean I'm okay with opening it, seasoning it, and cooking, but if I have to cut it up? I'd really rather not. And after my brother (also my roomie!) shattered a beer bottle in the trashcan and i had a vomit-inducing GARBAGE JUICE incident, I don't take out the trash anymore either

Sweeping/mopping...although I always feel so much better after it's done and clean. I think I hate it so much because the floor always seems to need it again after just a couple of days (no matter how clean I've tried to be)!

i'm with you for the whole taking out the trash thing. in my apt building we have a little chute but it doesn't fit a real garbage bag, so that means that we have to go ALL THE WAY downstairs and it's just not pleasant.

Without a doubt, emptying the compost bucket. I always leave it until everything in the bucket is unidentifiable and moldy, and the bin outside always has fruit flies, spiders, worms, and wasps in and around it... HATE it.

Cooking tasks - I get really irritated when I have to peel huge amounts of fresh garlic.

Cleaning out the drain in the kitchen sink! So gross. We need a garbage disposal.

I like doing dishes (I know, I'm really weird). But I WILL NOT take out the garbage or do the floors (vacuuming too). I HATE those! The bf has to do those, plus the toilet, and I do dishes (he's not allowed to do dishes because I'm really anal...), laundry and the shower.

Stove top drives me crazy. Its a black glass top that shows every iota of dust, dirt, etc. And I HATE cleaning it! Dishes don't bother me, we have a dishwasher, but I hand wash a lot of my vintage things as well as my cookware. So I'm pretty used to it. But that stove top... UGH!

You know I love to do the dishes. Party, me too. I hate to hand grate cheese. When I am making meals and that needs to be done, I give that to the first person that says "can I help".

I am strange, i find cleaning cathartic and therapeutic, I LOVE cleaning out the refrigerator especially it feels so awesome!
