Taste Test: New Starbucks Items
Portobello Mushroom Piadini and Sausage Piadini ($3.25 each)
The piadini comes in two different flavors: portobello mushroom and sausage. I preferred the lighter portobello mushroom, with spinach, eggs, and ricotta, to the doughy, calzone-like sausage, egg, and cheese.
Portobello mushroom has 370 calories, 18 grams fat, 2 grams fiber, 14 grams protein, 4 grams sugar; contains wheat, milk, eggs.
Sausage has 500 calories, 32 grams fat, 1 gram fiber, 19 grams protein, 3 grams sugar; contains wheat, milk, eggs.

Hmm..these interest me...but I'm worried about how you called the Sausage one "doughy." Doesn't that mean the portobello one is also doughy then? Because they're made with the same wrapper.
1At $3.25 each, its a bit too expensive for a small sandwich..
2They are a bit expensive. But I'll try the mushroom spinach this weekend.
3The sausage one tasted pretty good, but it is too expensive seeing as I could get a bfast meal at mcdonalds or some other equivalent for the same price as the one sandwhich.
4Too much money.
5These aren't my Starbucks yet...but they don't look so appetizing.
