Today, Oct. 9, is National Moldy Cheese day. To celebrate, I thought I'd quiz you with a second round of last year's popular game, moldy cheese or French château? I'm going to list a bunch of French names, and you tell me if it's a mold-ripened kind of French cheese or a French château. Ready? Let's begin!
Not bad, 5/6 and I guessed for all of them! Those were hard, and I used to work in the cheese section of a co-op. I guess I didnt pay much attention there b/c none of these look familiar.

5/6--Montrésor is a brand of chevre made in the region of the chateau as well. I was confused. LOL
