The Body Shop
I never thought I would read about Martinique here on the Sugar network! The habitation Clément is a must see if you ever go to this Caribbean island, to know more about rhum as to walk through the wonderful park. But I will always favor La Mauny Rhum, as the distellery is just a few miles away from my parents'.
1I will have to try La Mauny. I guess we have a little (friendly, as they say!) rivalry going on here as for quite some time I have preferred many Barbados rums. HOWEVER that homemade 'ti ponche made in Martinique is an all time favourite! Beautiful island. When my dad was living in Dominica, Martinique was the getaway to civilization for him and my mom.
2The wine pairings discussion is particularly amusing.
3Thanks for the kind words for Martinique! Viva CARIBBEAN!
