Obama's Favorite Restaurants
Spiaggia, Chicago, IL
The president- and first-lady-to-be must think
Spiaggia is pretty special, because they
dined here for their anniversary exactly one month ago. They spent more than two hours at the restaurant, which boasts floor-to-ceiling views of Lake Michigan, a cheese cave, and a 700-bottle wine list.

1a cheese cave?? like a cave where they hold their cheese?? if i am ever in the windy city then i am going to check this place out!
2Fabulous.
3it's an amazing little place. my parents, younger brother and i had dinner after my graduation. the dress code is really strict though: if you're going there with a guy, he has to be in a suit and he cannot take his jacket off the whole time you're there.
4I went here with my dad for my 21st birthday. James Spader was there. We only had time to have a sip of wine and a bite of our appetizer (both of which were incredible) before the kitchen caught on fire and we had to evacuate, never to return. Someday I'll make it back.
