Ever wish you could send out a voice message to a group of people in your contacts list? Thanks to a neat site that I discovered on Lifehacker, this is now possible! With Dial My Calls, you can send one message to all your friends for things like sharing an announcement, telling them there's been a change of plans, or reminding them of an upcoming event. Kinda like sending a mass email, except this message comes with the sound of your beautiful voice.

that's super cool, except if they actually pick up, it would be a weird recording. i'd imagine some of my friends would find me pretty weird for doing this. like when you were absent in highschool and your parents would get the "a student in your household in grade....11....is absent" haha

Why not just text message? Those are faster to read than listening to a voicemail anyway...

I haven't tried it, but I'm guessing if you go with the recorded option, you hear you actual voice, not a gadget voice. Eye-wink

This would be cool for "She had the baby!" announcements, rather than running down the list and calling everyone at once. Less personal, sure, but you could add a note of "I'll call you later when things are less hectic."

If you can set up the list of phone numbers prior, then it's perfect!
