I am obsessed with fried dough.

yes! in Dutch we call them oliebollen, and we eat them by the dozens on New Year's Eve (what? It's only once a year!)

fried dough = small pieces of heaven

this taqueria close to my library sells the BEST apple fritters. Like a panda crapped a rainbow in my mouth, I tell ya! Deep fried refrigerated dough is SO wrong, but it tastes SO VERY right!
