This is a classic case of following short-term profits while completely ignoring the disastrous long-term effects. Starbucks has no one to blame but themselves.
All I can say is thank the lord. Starbucks not only has bad coffee, but they totally overcharge. I'm actually a little insulted by their prices sometimes.
